Our take
I bought the Hyangin D1 as a second screen for my laptop to boost productivity. The 100Hz refresh rate is a pleasant surprise for a portable monitor—scrolling through documents and web pages feels much smoother than 60Hz. The IPS panel offers decent color reproduction, though 300 cd/m² brightness is adequate for indoor use. The built-in USB hub is convenient for connecting a mouse or keyboard. The stand is tiltable but feels a bit wobbly. The HDMI Mini input works fine, but I wish it had USB-C for easier connectivity. Overall, a good value for a dual-screen setup on a budget.
